New Music Releases
CHLÖE: “Boy Bye”
Chlöe’s ability to be versatile in her music is one of the many reasons she’ll have a long, successful career. This upbeat song sounds completely different than her other 2024 release, “FYS.” Yet both hits are radio smashes.
‘Boy Bye’ is more than just a breakup song. It’s an empowering anthem, a declaration of reclaiming the freedom lost in a relationship. Chlöe’s resolute words, ‘this time, I’m done,’ resonate with anyone who’s ever had to say goodbye to a love that no longer serves them.
Favorite lyric: “If we being honest, it was never my fault/ You just gave a little while I gave you my all.”
JT: “Okay”
The City Cinderella has arrived! We’ve all got to see JT shine as one half of The City Girls, but now we get to see the making of a solo star. “Okay” is such a feel-good song, bringing confidence to the girls and guys.
In the song, JT raps about her authentic come-up. She’s a pretty girl with a high-fashion style, but don’t get confused; she’s still a true Miami native.
Favorite lyric: “I used to be down bad, but now a b*tch okay.”
Normani: “1:59”
Our Pop and R&B Superstar has finally released the lead single from her upcoming debut album, Dopamine. “1:59,” featuring Gunna, is a bop about linking up with that special someone in the late hours.
Normani confirmed that her long-awaited debut album will be released on June 14.
Favorite lyric: “Call me, I come through, I fantasize.”
