CallMeIsrael dropped cinematic visuals for his latest release. The Chicago Creed artist unveiled the music video for “Everyday” featuring Doso. It creatively tells the story of life and the ongoing financial stress of bills.
Inspired by Issa Rae’s hit HBO series Insecure, the video captures CallMeIsrael navigating the challenges of making ends meet. According to his phone, the time is 2:36 PM. The alternative hip-hop artist and songwriter is seemingly annoyed with the mundane task of getting ready for work.
It’s the same cycle many can relate to. First, you work and earn a check. Then, you see your money go to bills before it can even settle into your account.
As the video unfolds, Doso is at work, being asked about CallMeIsarel’s whereabouts. It seems he’s late, as indicated by the watch-pointing gesture. The artist eventually arrives after a jam session in the shower, mirror, and a ride with his friends.

“Everyday” is creative directed by the artist and TJ Williams Productions.
The scenes are primarily set in an auto repair shop. With its background dancers, smokey cars, and more, it is a nonstop source of entertainment.
As a South Side native, CallMeIsrael sets himself apart from the rest of Chicago’s music scene. His talent showcases a hustler’s mentality in various ways throughout his musical catalog. In 2020, he released Mind of an Introvert, an album full of catchy tunes, including “Walk,” featuring Leo W3st.
