The multi-talented actress’s life has been on display since she was a teen, a journey that began with her sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley, on the hit series Sister, Sister.
Now, it’s time for her to create her own narrative, one that is truthful, raw and real.

The release states, “Tired of people distorting the narrative of her relationships and life, Tia is removing the filter like never before. Tia Mowry has spent her whole life as part of a duo. First, entering the world, growing up with and then working with her twin sister Tamera; then spending nearly 20 years with her ex-husband. Recently divorced, for the first time in her life, she is truly experiencing what life is like on her own both personally and professionally.”
